The Bitcoin Center Miami is the educational arm of the newly opened Blockchain Center in Downtown Miami. Since it’s ribbon cutting ceremony with Miami Mayor Francis Suarez on June 17, 2019, the Blockchain Center has become an educational and cultural institution for the booming city. The center, strategically located on historic Flagler Street, offers classes, coworking facilities, office space, and networking events to promote education about cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
The Blockchain Center also hosts events, such as the Super Bowl Mansion Party, in order to connect to the cities growing urban core. One of Miami’s leading real estate brokers, Mika Mattingly, put it this way: “Downtown Miami is in the midst of a tremendous renaissance, and the opening of Blockchain Center is a glowing example of this.”
Nick Spanos, the blockchain pioneer who opened the Bitcoin Center NYC in 2013 – the world’s first physical cryptocurrency exchange located just 100 feet from the New York Stock Exchange, saw a great opportunity in opening the Blockchain Center in Miami.
“Miami is entering its next phase in its technological advancement, the center is part of the redevelopment of Miami’s Central Business District and ensures Miami will have a front row seat in this global tech revolution” said Spanos.
The Mansion Party is open to all, no matter your understanding of blockchain technology. But if you are in Miami for the Super Bowl and have an interest in blockchain, this is an event you can’t miss!
